Pandemic Preparedness Assessment
Page Content
The Pandemic Preparedness Assessment is a 10-minute, web-based survey that addresses key considerations of pandemic preparedness – including policy, prioritization, preparation/planning and communications/employee awareness – and will allow your organization to compare your level of preparedness for a pandemic event to others, as well as to recommended levels of preparedness.
After completing the survey, an Avalution professional will review the submitted information and develop a summary of key findings and detail how your organization’s preparedness efforts compare to others. You will be contacted within five business days to schedule a mutually convenient time to discuss the results and key recommendations.
The outcome of the pandemic preparedness assessment process does not guarantee that your organization will be prepared for a pandemic event, nor does it guarantee an effective response and recovery capability. Instead, by answering each of the following questions, key areas for program remediation will be highlighted by the resulting analysis. By continuing with the survey process, you are agreeing to the statement noted above, and wish to continue participation in the pandemic preparedness assessment process.
Please note that Avalution is currently only providing this service for organizations located in North America.
