A FLEXIBLE APPROACH
Professional services organizations are a blend of corporate process (e.g., human resources, payroll, accounting) as well as service and project delivery functions. Avalution will focus on ensuring the continued delivery of service and project delivery functions while emphasizing those corporate functions that would play a key role in recovering from a disruptive incident. Further, since many of your personnel may be equipped to operate from client locations, home, or an office, customized continuity planning with a focus on communication is essential for success. We’ll utilize a flexible approach to business continuity planning adapted for your organization that can handle a disruptive incident regardless of where your staff may be.
PROTECTING YOUR MOST VALUABLE ASSETS
Your professional service firm is dedicated to providing superior client service. So are we. We recognize that the most important asset of any professional service organization is its people (and their expertise). Protecting your people, emphasizing safety, and being able to meet your client obligations even during periods of high absenteeism is of paramount importance. We also recognize that technology plays a significant role in providing service and meeting client demands. We can help examine dependencies, assess possible recovery gaps, and recommend strategies that your organization can implement to safeguard itself. Our holistic and tailored approach will help to ensure service delivery can continue regardless of what your organization may face. Let us show you how!
